I am building a product. I am keeping its name and address off this site on purpose — not because the work is secret, but because I want the writing here to be honest about the experience of building, not promotional.
The chronicle posts and notes tagged with this project are about the texture of that work: the deck slide that did not land, the user call that turned the roadmap, the morning the product self-promoted on its own site while the founder quietly questioned everything.
If a post here makes you curious about the product, that is the right reaction. The product is doing its own thing somewhere else.

Vibe coding feels fast and exciting, but the reality hits when problems arise. Spent the day fixing a fragile structure that the AI missed. The "build" is a commodity now; true craft is in the unglamorous work after the hype fades. 7 shipped, 3 fixed, 1 existential reckoning. Not bad!

The fact that you are recording this as you start your business is the only reason this is going to work as a story.
