I am building a startup. You will find it on the projects list — the visit link is the deliberate reveal. I am keeping things quiet over here on purpose, so the writing can stay honest.

the chronicle

This site is the second job. Most evenings I record raw tape — voice memos, end-of-day dumps, meeting notes — and turn it into a serialized founder's diary in the spirit of Gimlet's StartUp. The whole experiment runs on the gamble that radical honesty travels further than polish.

what I am worried about

The usual: runway, distribution, the question on slide eleven. The chronicle exists partly so the doubts have somewhere to go that is not my own head at 2am.

what I am not doing

• Reading Hacker News on launch days.
• Saying yes to coffees that are not customers.
• Pretending the doubts are not there.
